Thank you all! CoRI had me thinking I was crazy. For several weeks I've been getting that same error message for CoRI reports just for that one major blue and white gas station client. All other reports have been fine.
I began using Chrome, and could stop getting that infernal error message, then proceed normally with my reports.
HOWEVER...
Now CoRI is not receiving all my submitted photos. Can't submit the report without required photos, right? I've been submitting, but they're following up nearly every report with the dreaded "noon tomorrow" deadline for missing photos. On top of that, they're not getting the pictures when I then email the photos to them. My "missing" photos can only get through as additonal receipts uploaded onto the bottom of the CoRI home page.
I did over 350 shops with CoRI last year, well over half just for that one particular client. Only this year, after upgrading to a Windows 8 system and IE 10, do I now have problems.
The CoRI scheduler actually told me that I was the only one with the trouble getting the error message in reporting and the only one whose emails aren't reaching her, so she couldn't submit a tech support order. Further, I was told that the random photos turning up missing on the CoRI end were because I had reported through Chrome.
Can't report through IE, can't be assured of a complete report received through Chrome.
Glad to know that at least it's not just me.
I'm brand new to the forum (found it out of desperation, will stay because these discussions are great), so I'm not sure what protocol is for sharing information that's been posted, but would you guys mind if I let CoRI know that this problem really does exist beyond just me, and either point them to or send them copies of this thread?
