I am signed up with them the one that uses the Sassie platform I could sign in with no issues. I tried that other site from Bay it didn't except me. Is there some where else you sign up for that portion? This gets so mind blowing all these different places and sign ons.
I googled "Caliber Interactions login" and I was able to click the link and log in that way. Maybe it was a fluke! I know they didn't lose their one big client here, since I received an email saying they'd be posted soon. Thank goodness...I am still in mourning over my main bank no longer being shopped. At least with the same MSC.

No lost clients. If you are thinking of the big grocery projects, they took January off to make some form changes, but in 2013 they are changing to THREE shops a month instead of TWO, so it's all positive!

How do you ever get anybody there to answer anything??? I'm not a "seasoned" shopper for them but I did sign up for a store shop....can't figure out how to see the form and nobody ever answers emails or messages....getting VERY frustrated!
Summit Scheduling does their scheduling for them, that is who you should direct questions to. I've never had an issue with them.

but like nanaBelle says--->"How do you ever get anybody there to answer anything??? I'm not a "seasoned" shopper for them but I did sign up for a store shop....can't figure out how to see the form and nobody ever answers emails or messages....getting VERY frustrated!"

.........even SS doesn;t email or get back to you. so what is the difference? confused smileyconfused smileyconfused smiley

The conclusion that SS posted to this post only goes to show that they are listening to what we are complaining about but not responsing to the shoppers emails about some assignments or the cause to inquire about a shop. I do a lot of grocery shops, but SS has never gotten back to me about an inquiry.
Signing in through the above link led to a page that said this: New Shopper Login: We’ll let you know when you can start using the Interactions Insights EventLink to login into your shopper profile.

the link embedded in that sentence was the same one I had just clicked through to get there. Sounds like they're in the midst of transitioning to their new name and websites.

SSE does all of their scheduling. If you have questions please email your scheduler directly, and don't "reply" to an email address that starts with notices@ or info@ with the client's ending. They are automated messages and those emails don't go anywhere. We have found that shoppers will reply and then not notice that they received a bounce notice, and assume we are not responding.
