Service Intelligence still in business?

Good day everyone,

I was trying to sign up with Service intelligence. I was able to located the website but when I clicked on the "want to be a shopper link", a warning box popped up saying , Safari couldn't verify the license". After cross referencing the website url with another mystery shopping forum, I clicked on it anyway. I get an error saying, "Page not found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." Does anyone know what is going on?

On the sign in page of the old Service Intelligence website it does say this:

As of December 24th 2012, all mystery shopping assignments will be available for pickup on the In-Touch website. No assignments will ever again be available on the Experience Exchange website. The Experience Exchange website will be shutting down January 31st 2013. Be sure to obtain all the information you need from this site before then.

Vlade, are you referring to recent information on InTouch? They are still in business. They pay quickly. One of their clients has locations throughout New England.

Just did six easy shops for them in New England. Even gifted me with some bonus love.

Yes, I am. Since the name change there have been few comments about this company. I'm wondering how people view them more recently. Thanks.

You can't be a mystery shopper with that spelling, right?

Vlade, I have seen comments about InTouch since the name change. Everything I've seen on this board has been positive. They pay every other week by direct deposit. I've never had a payment problem. For the client I do for them, the report is easy and the pay is reasonable.

And the schedulers are nice and responsive to emails

Super easy shops, reports are extremely easy, and they pay quickly. Love them!

I agree with the positive comments about In-Touch. Pay quickly, the reports are easy. They just don't have many jobs in my area.
