Can you share some insights on Shared Insights?

I just signed up with this company while trying to find Retail Eyes, which was on one of the gang scheduler shop boards for a haircut shop. It was a bit of a convoluted path with some reference to Market Force.

Anyway, I signed up with them. They're apparently British or European based from some of the wording and their scheduling calendar ran from Monday to Sunday which is frustrating because we're used to the last day of the week being Saturday and I started to book the job for the wrong day as a result. But I have claimed a job, on the correct day, for an airport shop in LAX.

Their whole website/shopper portal/whatever you want to call it is bizarre and I'm afraid it will turn into one of those thing like Shopmetrics where you have invisible hoops to jump through.

Anyone have any experience with them under either this name or Retail Eyes, or understand why there is so much confusion over the name? I found them by googling Retail Eyes. This is the blurb from the Google Search:

Shared Insight - Mystery Shopping | Customer Satisfaction Surveys ...
www.sharedinsight.com/Share As Retail Eyes, we've pioneered the customer experience industry since 1998. Shared Insight is a new name and a new brand, but with the same great team, ...

Oh. And they had no haircut shops, just yogurt shops at the airports.

I agree the website is beyond bizarre. Just yesterday was my second audit with the first having been in November. Generous pay for the time and the report is equally simple and straight forward. And, most importantly, they paid on timesmiling smiley

They have only one client in my market so I shop them rarely, but I agree they are good. Pay is fair, report is reasonable, and they pay on time.
Whew! Glad to hear it. The pay IS good and the report appeared to be very straightforward and simple. Paying on time is a real plus!

I was a bit concerned because they're not in the master list below and the last time I strayed it was a disaster. smiling smiley

What types of shops are you seeing which pay good. I had looked at the yogurt shops some time back and the report looked like a fine dining report.

Oh, now that I am thinking about it, I have done one nice restaurant with them which was reasonable and a home decor place which was okay. But mostly I just see yogurt.
Retail Eyes sold the U.S. division to Market Force a year or two ago, hence that reference, and many of the former shops now appear with MF. Although the name of the U.S. company has changed, the confusing site remains the same! Not a fan of the platform, but I agree, good company with fair pay, and the people are very nice.
I think most airport shops give 24 hours and if I remember right, this one does.

They have a Japanese restaurant, yogurt and home accessories retail stores.

I did a restaurant shop for them. Pay was good and on time. Website was a little funky but I've used worse.
Mine was a standard audit with photos.
