Troy Dolan Group

Hello,
I received an email request last year to supply my info for a scheduler for some shops that looked like something I would enjoy. Sent the info. Heard nothing. Just found out that the scheduler is offering shops for 2 companies under the umbrella of the name Troy Dolan. I never worked for Troy Dolan and I am just wondering if anyone has any experience with payment-good or bad. I have an expensive shop scheduled with Troy Dolan and would definitely not like to lose about a hundred dollars if I can't be confident about payment. BTW-I mean payment without having to beg for it! I just went through that with another company. Finally got my money, but it took 3 emails and a few phone calls.

I performed shops through both BMA and Customer First and all was good. Payment always came from Troy Dolan and I thought they had consolidated everything through Troy Dolan now.

I've worked with Troy Dolan and never had any problem getting payment. I think you'll be fine!
I can second all the above opinions on TDG. They are like clockwork on payments, reports are easy to upload (Prophet) and easy communication.
I love their bank shops.

Good company with prompt payment.

Thanks to all. That is a relief!
Now onto another one: Reality Based Group. I have been avoiding it like the plague because of forum discussions last year. I am just wondering who is doing the shops not just once but for the second time if payment is not timely. RBG sends frequent requests for some shops I would really enjoy-if I would be paid for them. Has this company changed for the better?
I don't recall payment issues with RBG. Mine have always been on time and the most recent were shops completed in December and paid in January.

My pay has always arrived on time from RBG

I may have been confused, but didn't RBG come from Freeman? I think I have a memory of some issues with the latter. Please correct me if I am off on this.

No, although they are both in Texas.

RBG, Reality Based Group, formerly known as Gamefilm, [www.realitybasedgroup.com]
RBG is based in Austin, Texas

You are thinking about a company co-foundered by two ex-Freeman Group principals, Service Metrics Group, based in Plano, Texas, [www.servicemetricsgroup.com]

The two founders, Rob Scott and Will Tarrant show their bios on the Service Metrics website, [www.servicemetricsgroup.com]

Surprisingly, they don't mention their past association with Freeman Group.
I've had no problems with RBG either.
