Lowe's Scheduling

I just got off the phone with my scheduler for these shops. Even though I was unable to self assign one of them, she was able to assign it to me. She said she has been having to do this quite a lot since the new program began.

It never hurts to ask.

I am thinking perhaps I posted this in the wrong forum... should it be under Mystery Shopping Discussion & not Company? ~

nice to know....the new "set up" is not quite right it seems....

Can someone tell me what the rotation for Lowes is I can not seem to find it any where. Thanks you guys are the greatest group I'm so happy I found you guys!

Melissa, I was able to schedule two Lowe's shops a few days apart. I suggest calling through the chat line for rotation information.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.

Were they at the same or different Lowe's?

That's what I'm trying to find out if I shop store #111 is there a rotation period before I can reshop store #111. I'm going to contact the MSC to see what they say about it.

The two Lowe's shops I scheduled a few days apart were in different towns.

I shopped the first one in Hometown on the 22nd. I looked at Hometown again and could have scheduled the 26th at $14. I looked at Notmytown and could schedule one at $30, so I took Notmytown.

A few minutes ago I looked at the board again. Hometown has only one showing in "B" status on the board, but it offered "Add to Cart". It would not pull up a shop date of any kind for this shop. It did not offer me backup status.

I looked again at Notmytown which was showing four (?probably) open shops this morning. Now it is only showing the shop I am doing tomorrow with "B" status. This shop does show "Be a Backup" so the status is correct on this shop. It appears that when I assigned, the board dropped the four remaining shops.

I'm not sure what's happening, but I think they are not shopping five Lowe's shops for each individual store. I think they are shopping two.

I've been tracking two specific locations and watching a couple others. As they go to back up status they stay on the board until the shop is submitted and so do the remaining shops which continue to have commission increases. These stores have had two shops completed at this point.

I would have thought this beyond the company's capabilities, but maybe shoppers just cannot see the other shops after assigning a location. It is the only thing that makes sense since I have not taken any yet.

i did one and can see the others that are still available for that location they just show was "B"

also most of them were moved to the april month instead of march now...perhaps no one is looking there

I just looked and noticed the same as techman. All the others have moved to April.

The reason there are 5 or so of the same Lowe's is different departments are shopped. Also the IMPACT portion is different. I took one and the others are still visible. The trying to assign dates is a little messed up. I could not get any dates last night, but today, one day showed up two days way, so I took it. The second store, in a different town, I still cannot assign a date. I think I need to wait for another day before I can self assign. They are in the $20 range and it looked easier to do that the Lowes before the changes.
