They are one of those companies that never activated their Sassie job board. Apparently all contacts are by email. My records indicate I have been signed up with them since 9/2006 and I've never heard a peep from them.

EXCELLENT PAY, GOOD STAFF and GREAT COMMUNICATION. Only video shops in limited areas though...mostly "new home" companies.

Clear Evaluations is a good company. I have done about 3 apartment shops for them. They pay fast.
I have done a ton of video shops and a few writtem shops for them. Great people and they all have done years of shops, so they know what we go through to make it happen. They are very, very reliable!

well judging by the fact that the housing market is in the pits its no wonder... specially if they are looking at new ones...

The reason that some shoppers may not have heard from them is that they do almost exclusively video shops, plus a few written competitor shops. In addition to new homes, they also do a lot of video apartment shops. A huge part of their business is in Texas, but I have shopped for them from Florida to New england. They have been around for a long time and pay like clock work. The company principals are active in everyday interactions with shoppers. Shopper support is excellent, as it must be in video work. They are active members of VSN (The Video Shopping Network) and support the Undercover Essentials workshops.
I think that their video shoppers may get first chance at the written shops, as they are very loyal to their established shopper.
