Certified is a very hard company to work for.The pennies they pay. Be careful.

I have been reinstated after having to write an e-mail to them stating " That I will follow guidelines and print out every CPI." Even though the "variances" were not of my accord, I wrote the e-mail and was reinstated with all the clown restaurants unavailable for me to assign.Which for me was OK because the food is unhealthy and I've lost weight. From my reading post about this company, most shoppers do not care for this company. It stems from the impersonal, generic, computer generated e-mails,And their complete lack of taking into account that human errors occur.
I do not understand that, Angellique. You have criticised the company on every thread possible here, and you want back in? Why? If they company is so cheap and rude, why on earth would you want to revisit that?

I managed to get back in after being deactivated. It required names to prove my case and reaching the project manager by accident in the process. I ended up faxing my report in, as the system had deativated me and voila... I was back in. I even received payment in less than 2 weeks. It was amazing. They recognized my efforts and resolved the problems. I admit I showed persistence and everyone I spoke to was friendly. Just keep track of who you speak to and have good reasons and documentation for your misfortune. I found it worth it. GOOD LUCK!!
Why would anyone want to be reinstated in this company. Perhaps I am a bit thick but they pay badly, have issues with every shop, treat shoppers poorly and a myriad of other maladaptive issues.????
I got brave after reading everyone's commnents and thought I'd see for myself. In this particular case it worked out in my favor. I can't complain, yet. The location was near my home and it was an indepth merchandising deal. Being a retired insurance adjuster has prepared me for jobs just like this one. Don't think that I'm not paying attention to what everyone is writing, because I am. I just choose what fits for me and stick to that. Thanks for your advice and input and it's definitely in the storage bank....front and center.!!
Hi joanhampton! Good info here, free for the taking. I also appreciate the advice and experiences of other shoppers.
I was reinstated by sending them the same thing that Hellbent had to, which I thought really weird. I had taken a hiatus from shopping, so they make me inactive. They changed quite a bit in the time I was was away (which was a few years). I used to really like them, not my favorite (second to the last now) anymore.
I wanted to get back in because I love going to the movies and getting paid for it and do not see any others that I can find that do so, although I did try to sign up for the others on the other thread. Still not back in and it has been a year or more.
Well, the way I see it is this - all the complaining about them probably won't help your case if they figure out who you are. But that aside, truly, if for *you* they are so rude and painful to work for, why not just do a job for someone who appreciates you and your efforts more, probably pays better, and take the cash from that shop and go see a movie on your own?

For me, they are fine. I choose only shops I get a direct benefit from, very infrequently (about once a month,) have always been treated politely, have never gotten an early morning call from them even though they are on the EC and I am in HI, and they always take the "no' I mainly say gracefully. But maybe the folks who deal with my area are nicer than some there. I do only seem to talk to one or two of the same people all the time. Oh yea, and they pay fast. But if they were rude to me or slow to pay, I am sure I would pay for my own movie another way. Life is too short for "it" to come from my hide-I really don;t get why you want "it" to come from yours.

Angelique, as I said, it doesn't seem like the hassle is working for you. Look for higher paying jobs in other realms and treat yourself to the movie. Really. It can work for you if you build a good enough record and keep applying with new co's, whether they do movies, or not. The extra $ you make over thos hassled ones you lament will be better spent that way...

Yes, I was reinstated, just wrote an email explaining my situation and they put me back on. However, they are not the "best" company to work for. They pay less than the rest, but they have a lot of shops in my area.
