The published guidelines sent to me did not specify and were sent after I confirmed with the scheduler that it was ok to use my phone. I have stated repeatedly that the guidelines only instructions relate to the date and time stamp. I complied with that.
The scheduler did reply to the email discussing my cell phone use.
