Graymark sold?

I just got a reply to an email that I sent to Graymark that said in part,

"We appreciated working with you but we have sold the ocmpany and they will no longer be conducting mystery shopping."

Has anyone else heard this?

It wasn't a general message that went out to everone. I had a question about a shop I did last month and that was part of the reply I received.
