Excellent!

I have quite frequently used Chrome, over the two years I have been with Cori. Only once in a while, when the report wouldn't go through with Chrome, I opened IE and pasted it in there. Then, the next few reports I'll just start with IE. After a while, I go back to Chrome. I just hate IE! smiling smiley

did you use the photo resize software on a pc first, or did you find it for a mac? When I downloaded it, I did not see a mac option
The only photo I had was the receipt, and I set my camera to 1k photos before taking a photo of the receipt. I've never had trouble uploading photos. It was with entering text.
Why don't you just use a different photo sizer? I've never used the one they recommend because something was already on my PC and there was no reason to have two programs for the same thing.

I don't believe in resizing photos. They have never complained.
If you have a lot of photos it could take slightly longer to upload though

I've done it both ways, taken photos at a smaller size and sized them later. I have to admit, taking larger photos has saved my bacon a few times because I was able to zoom in to look at something not marked on a cheat sheet or even to make a copy of that close up.

For me the sizing is not a big deal. I open all the photos from that day and size them at once. The program takes a little while to process them all, but for me it is a couple of clicks and done. It is often the first thing done when I get home and while it is working I'm off doing other things. I also make it a point to use the same device for all the photos on any given day. It saves pulling them in from multiple locations.

I have done several shops using Firefox and only one was rejected. I went ahead and started using IE so I don't have to go back in and redo it, just in case. They told me several months ago that they would be working on being ore compatible in the next 6 months to a year. I hope so! I love Safari!
I have never had problems with photos, and the text was only within the last year or two. It's always been with the narrative, getting an error for every keystroke. I would work around that by typing into Textedit, then pasting into the form so there was one keystroke and only one error to clear. I had the same problem with Safari, the default, and with Firefox. I wasn't about to put in a Windows partition for IE so just suffered through that once or-twice monthly shop for Cori. The other night I just typed in my report and it was accepted. Just like that.
Does this mean if I sign up with CRI I won't have any problems using my Mac? I really hope that is the case as I do not want to buy a new PC just for mystery shopping. I have a lot of problems with my Mac and certain companies that do not work well with Macs.
I use a Mac. I did download IE on it just for CRI and have had no problems, as of yet.
