Mystique Shoppers...Pay Issues???

Hi,

Has anyone shopped for Mystique, and had issues with getting paid? I completed a shop mid March, and their FAQ's state most shops are paid within 45 days. It's been longer than this. I've sent several emails to check on the status, but I am getting no response. I received great feedback/score on the shop I did. But since I am not getting any response to my emails, I'm starting to wonder if they intend to pay me. sad smiley

Anyone else have issues receiving payment or getting ahold of anyone in the company?

You will have to chase your payment down. I deactivated myself from this company due to numerous complaints about getting paid. Try posting a complaint on volitan. Sometimes John responds on there.
Yikes. OP, have you gotten paid by now? Did you have to complain one or more times? I completed a shop on 4/6 and still haven't been paid. I also completed a shop last Saturday, maybe I'll have to chase that one down in a couple months too ... sad smiley

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
Ok over the last month, I have emailed them 3 times to get payment for a shop I did on April 6. Once on June 29, I got a response saying that I will be in the next paypal payment run which should be right before the "holiday", which I assume meant the July 4 holiday, but I still have not received anything! I followed up last week after the July 4 weekend and no response. UGH.
Maybe the holiday they were referring to is Christmas.

I did one mystery shop for Mystique. My experience with them was just as all the other posts I see here. They ignore emails. John answered one. They are the only company who screwed me out of my money and I have shopped for nearly 50. Last shop I will ever do for them and I am calling the department of labor tomorrow to make a formal complaint.. But hey,,, why dont I just call the corporate client I shopped?????? Hit em where it really counts in the pocketbook.... will update everyone on the results of that one..
Wow, I finally got paid today via paypal for a shop I did early in June! At least I think that's the shop the payment was for. When I log into the Mystique site, that June shop shows as PAID ON: 11/14/13. But I still have not received payment for the April shop that shows as PAID ON: 08/10/13. I also did get a reply from John (after many other messages went answered) over 3 weeks ago asking if I had paypal, to which I immediately responded that yes, my paypal address is what has always been in my profile, and then I haven't heard anything else since then. Now if I can get paid for that April shop. One down, one to go.
I ended up needing to chase down my payment. I did get paid...I think after sending several emails to John, and posting over at Volition. I, too, have deactivated my account with them. Fortunately, I keep good records of the shops I complete. I could easily see not getting paid at all, if I hadn't.
