Two thumbs up to NSS

Just wanted to give two thumbs up to NSS. I had a shop scheduled for Friday that I needed to re-schedule. Called them up, spoke to a scheduler, and he re-scheduled it for Monday. No muss, no fuss. I also like the fact that you can call and speak to a person unlike other companies that requires everything to be done through email. Great company to work for.

I try to stay clear of MSCs for a while until the pay issues have been resolved.

Yes, this is the company with all the recent complaints. I agree they are a good company, but there have been several recent problems reported. And, I can say from personal experience that they are not always as easy to reach as in the case of the OP.
