Anyone have any experience with this company? I did my first shop for them last night. Great shop. Everything went great up until the last minute when I hit submit for my report. I get a message saying something to the effect that they are sorry but because of something that was of no fault of mine, the report could not go through and I should immediately report the error to IC. The only problem is, it would not let me copy the message, and I could not find a way to report it. I immediately sent an email to the scheduler explaining the situation, but this morning I get the "Overdue report" email. I email again. I have also tried calling the scheduler asking for instructions on how to proceed to make sure I am not penalized for a late report since the message stated that it was not an error on my part. Since IC was so adamant that they have a Zero Tolerance for late reports I want to make sure I am not penalized. I would like to know if I should try submitting the report on my computer here at work on my lunch hour, but soon that is not going to be an option. Any suggestions?
