CORI Feedback notices on hold?

Hello All,

I submitted a bunch of shops for them on Saturday and have not gotten any "Feedback" notifications yet and was wondering if anyone else was having the same lapse. Usually this company is quick and sends those notifications out in less than a day.

I also have not gotten my payroll notification yet and those usually get send on Monday mornings.

Is anyone else not hearing from this company pertaining to those two things?

They sometimes get backed up on projects. I have one submitted May 16 and another submitted yesterday that are not reviewed. Payment notices are sent on Mondays, but not necessarily in the mornings.

I've had payment notices sent out all times of the day on Monday. I wouldn't worry.
their website is having problems again from what I can tell.
Not all receipts are showing at the bottom of the page like they
usually do before they are approved. Just shows the upload
receipt link for shops submitted on the weekend

I also have one from 5/16, no word. It is a surprise from them, they are always fast.
I haven't been able to log on to their site for 2 days. Upgrades seem to be like road construction, trouble when they are in process but worth it when they are complete. I hope.

I had a backlog of completed shops waiting to be cleared all last week. On Saturday I received a flood of the standard rating of 5, and then one that had all zeros. I just about passed out.
I called and was offered the explanation that they've been training a new editor, hence the backlog and the mistake on my evaluation. Apparently wrong buttons on the editing form were getting pressed. It didn't affect my auditor rating.
I still have one in my queue, for a shop from May 16, and I'm a little concerned because clicking on "view submitted receipt" yields a dead link instead of an image. I'll call later this week if it doesn't get worked out before then.
My may 16 report also yields a dead link when I click on view submitted receipts. Looks like they have a problem.

I Hope They are fixing the problem with there IE ONLY SITE...... were in 2013 there are so many other web browsers out there..... get with it already jeez....
I just talked to them and they said the upgrades they just did
caused all sorts of problems that they are trying to fix but they
don't beleive any data submitted was lost and that approval
of shops will take longer then normal.

I just noticed over $200 in fees for a certain gas station are not on the list to be paid this Friday. Wonder what that's about.
My receipt is still showing "page not found." I can't seem to find their phone number. Does anyone have it handy so I can call them tomorrow if it is still a problem.
janlou they probably didnt get approved in time...new system according to them
is taking longer to approve items......as long as they didnt lose data then in the
end it should be ok, but if they lost data, who knows what will happen

In the past reports submitted on time were normally paid on time even if the verification process was delayed by a day or so. With them being so far behind, it is hard to say if they will be able to stick with it this time. Luckily, they do process payments every week.

I am now receiving the "Feedback" notification for shops submitted on Saturday the 18th.
All my home improvement stores from last week 15th and 16th are still waiting. I just checked all the receipts and they are not accessible "Page not found IE error" Great.... blah :/
I got my payment notice today Tuesday, usually is Monday. I was not worried about it. I always get 5's on feedback so far. Sometimes it take 2 days to get feed back, other times 4 days.

My home improvement are sitting from last week
waiting to be approved but I can see the receipts

My hardware shop was still sitting there as of last night. I did two that day and the other one was received and checked off. This was about 4 days ago.

I'm going to look now and check it out.
My shops from 5/16 are still there. I have about 10 shops waiting to be approved. Some had high bonuses...hope they get things sorted out soon. :-/
I called Cori earlier today, left a message, and didn't receive a call back. I decided to re-upload my receipt. Hopefully I am good to go.
One submitted on 5/19 has been processed while the one submitted on 5/16 is still sitting there. Maybe they are starting to make progress.

I know when I inputted my shops I did 3 hardware, 1 blue/yellow gas, and one gas red/white/blue given as routes only. The route only gas station went thru quickly as normal, the others are still there.

I emailed the schedulers last week about the shops because the website was being very buggy at the time. I would hit submit and it would just sit there. Nothing. I hit submit over and over, did screen shots of report and finally exited out to find that the shop was on the bottom of home page with receipt. Not sure what happened. The schedulers got back to me the next saying the website went down that night when I was doing reports. I guess as of now, I am just waiting to see if they ever get pulled for editing or need more info. I also thought of uploading receipts again for hardware because the link for them come up page not found.
