Yep, I was sure sorry RSG got the credit card shops that Feedback Plus used to have. FP was sooo much easier to work with and they allowed self-assign. RSG hangs on to the shops like they are gold and then they want to schedule you a few shops that have you chasing your tail all over town to do.
