standee jobs

I have a question about doing standees in theatres. I found a company it is called standeejobs.com. I thought it would be cool to work for something like that because I love doing this type of jobs. It said to but in a resume which I did and went into it and found my state which is washington state. I even called them about 3-4 time and all I get is a answering machine. Has anyone got ahold of this company?????? They have a website to get to but that all you get to. And I went to the BBB and couldn't find anything there. I don't know what to think.
If they finally get ahold of me I don't know if I want to do something for them if they pay this way to. Now I am am chuckling a little.

I think you just answered your own question. I have never heard of this company. I do know that shoppers and/or merchandisers are used to assemble the things. I always figured I would be good at it because I do really well with spatial puzzles and generally put together knock down furniture with reference to the instructions mostly to make sure I have the parts list complete and to see their recommended sequence.

Use the search feature on various forums using "standee" and chances are you will get some good hints as to who is doing them.
