Qacinet

Desirable restaurant shops, compensation with gift cards and straight reimbursement.

The scheduler I have been assigned to is difficult at best; in all the shops I have completed I received all exemplary ratings. I have asked for re-scheduling for two jobs: once because of a major snow event (18" of snow) which was broadcast on the national news and recently because of last minute health issues in my family.

For the latter I uploaded to the scheduler a letter from my husband's doctor as well as from my child's pediatrician outlining their diagnoses and prognosis for 4 - 8 days of bed rest and receipts from both "Urgent Care" appointments ... what did I receive in return? Snarky email stating I was deactivated effective immediately. In my years of mystery shopping and completing business verifications this is a first.

I have remained with this company because of the fabulous dining assignments and my editor, a delight to work with. I wouldn't bother bringing my situation to the owner of the company because he is a pit bull and makes his scheduler look like Glenda the Good Witch.

Unfortunately some do not put the heatlh and safety of family ahead of all!

I have not heard of this company-is it a small local firm?

National with at least two offices, if you would like additional info. I can provide this to you please send private email and I will answer.
Googling this "Qacinet" name turned up nothing. Going to the V list, the closest thing I can see is "Quality Assurance Consulting." They go by "QACINC.COM" at their website, and are mainly serving the Eastern seaboard. Is that who you meant?
