Gfk offers help if a shopper cries uncle on their quizzes. You have to send them the answers after you've taken it and failed. One scheduler replied back to me which question I missed, another scheduler told me which one I missed and what the correct answer was.
I sometimes use two computers when taking the quiz. The laptop is on the training/guidelines and the desktop is on the quiz. Open book!

You can do open book on one computer, too. :-) The quiz for the customer end of the phone shop is EASY. The one for the non-customer seems to be the one giving everyone fits. I did not take it, so don't know-but I did the customer one and and both the shop and the quiz were super easy, and worth the $11.

Yes, a couple of versions of open book on one computer . . . Open two different browsers signed in to the MSP site (some sites will open the information window and the test window in the same browser, but not all). Do a 'select all'/'copy' and 'paste' into a Word document.
I finally passed the test, I was reading question 1 wrong. Thanks for all the help.
Has anyone actually done the shop? What is the report like? Is it worth the $9 or not? I have a chance to pick up 3 in one mall, but I don't want to do them if they are 6 pages long with narratives, etc. Not for $9!
No narrative. Questionnaire is fairly long but "yes"/"no". A couple of questions are a bit bizarre. Wait time was not long here (after a half hour you can leave if not served). I do significantly faster/easier phone shops for $14-19 with no requirement of photo and some don't even require a business card.
Their schedulers are very helpful with the tests, but theu are very busy and
sometimes it takes a while to get the answers. Take the test two or three days before they shop date and they will get back to you in time.
