I just posted something similar. I was assigned a cell phone store and it won't allow me to access the training. To be blunt, their website SUCKS! Not only did I have to cancel the assignment, I ended up deactivating my account.
I did two of the training/quizzes this week and had no problem completing them and getting back to the evaluation once I pushed the continue button. The shops are not difficult, and there is no minimal narration in the form.
