I have never had a problem with payment from any MSC. This month I am shorted by 2! Anyone have a phone number for CORI? I tried emailing them about the problem before I got paid this cycle (my reimbursement amount wasn't listed at all in my job history) but I never got a response. I've also tried the chat... You can imagine how that's going. I couldn't find a phone number on the shopper site. Anyone have any ideas of where else I might find it? Or maybe who to ask for? I haven't had to deal with this before (thankfully...); I guess it's my time now.

I had an issue once where my reimbursement amount was incorrect in the shopper log. I emailed them and they responded and fixed it before the payroll was processed.

Yeah, at first 2 of my 3 shops listed 0 reimbursement. I emailed them, didn't get a response, but the one shop changed reimbursement amount. The second one is still 0 & I just got the payment processed notification, which did not include the unadjusted reimbursement.

My scheduled payment for DD this week is only for one shop. I did 11 shops that should have been paid. I'm getting paid for one of the gas brands, but the other brand isn't being paid this week even though the shops were completed on the same day (or before).... I'm losing confidence on Cori paying on time.

They got through my last round shops quickly so I'm getting a much bigger DD than originally expected.
