Anyone else have problems working with this company? I recently did 2 <Whoa! Watch the ICA violation, please! Let's just say housewares store.> shops for them and got a perfect score. Next week they send me an email about another that was in my area and I decided to do it for them. Now they won't pay me for it since the receipt times and my logged report times don't match. I tried to tell them I used my same cell phone to clock all the pertenant times to the shop but they were responding like robots: they don't match we can't except. I have done over 400 shops for them and have worked for them for several years. None of that was taken in consideration. I told them I have no other companies that would not take that into consideration. I also felt like they were challenging my integrity.

Heads have been rolling at CORI as they laid off quite a few of their Findley OH staff. There are a lot of angry frightened folks at CORI and they overall interaction with Independent Contractors (us) has been well off the mark now for the past two months. On the good side, they paid quickly and they offered decent bonuses for shops that did not get snapped up at the beginning of the month by those willing to do an hour loong shop for $4 pay. For a while they were great to work for but I no longer do their assignments.

The new editors are crappy. I got questioned over a receipt because they thought the date was 6 instead of an 8 that it was supposed to be. I had to send another copy and not use THEIR resizer so they could clearly see the date was correct.

I think the new editors are on the discredit/fight with the shopper newbie kick. Hopefully it smooths out soon. I am not saying all shoppers are always correct, but common sometimes you need to take a shoppers word for it. They are a good company, at least were up to this point and hopefully are moving on as changes continue to be made.
Snce last week I've been working with a new scheduler in Indy, Jordan, and just gotta say he has been great. For the second time since Friday I saw a retail shop listed with a commission increase and couldn't find it on the board. It must have slipped out of someone's cart just long enough for me to snag it only to find it could not be scheduled past today and my preference was tomorrow. We made a deal, if today was the drop dead due date I would make the trip, if he could get it extended until tomorrow to coordinate with my audits in that area he would. He called me back within about ten minutes with the extension. Don't get me wrong, I will probably miss the Findlay crew more than anyone, it is just nice to feel there is at least one new person who gets it and is a joy to deal with.

I submited some shops this past weekend and they
were all approved by around 1am. Two of them could
of potentially raised flags based on the photos or lack
there of but they let them through without question

Alot of my shops receipts dont match with my time. Some as much as 6 min off, I try to mention that in my comments.

I'm just waiting until things settle down, I do not want to get caught up in their fray.
