I would like to know other shoppers experience with DSGAI. I did the smartphone shop with 3 different insurance companies. When I asked for help via telephone, I was given different responses each time. (If an insurance company won't give you a quote, don't worry, submit the two you have and you will be paid for all three of them; oh, no, we can't pay you unless you get all three quotes. If you don't get all three we can't pay you; and, if they won't give you a quote, take a screen shot of the rejection of quote and submit it with your report to get paid.) It was like they were changing daily.
Most of their phone calls to me have a lot of static like they are calling from overseas. Sometimes when I answer they hang up on me like they cannot hear me talking. If they call once and don't get through to me, they don't call me back until I email them again.
They have been late to pay me; it almost feels like they really don't have the funds to pay me.
