Five Diamond Hospitality

Has any one done one of these shops? Their shops include booking hotel rooms, spas and fine dining where you have to use your charge card for hundreds of dollars. How long does it really take to get reimbursed?

Reimbursement is very fast, 7-10 days after shop is completed in my experience.

I'm not sure if you have any experience with Coyle, but I find these reports more time consuming. The payment is lightening fast, but you'll be asked to fill out between 18-21 templates for an overnight shop (restaurant shop templates are about 8 pages). The charges are generally reversed by the hotel 7-10 days after an accepted report.

So the pay off is, longer reports but faster pay?

I determined never to do another one of those restaurant shops. The food was really bad for the price we had to pay and it took me so many hours to fill out the report and then have it returned for even more detail. It was NOT worth doing for that food. I can only imagine that you would not get any time to enjoy a hotel or resort if their reports are even longer for those.

I applied and wasn't good enough for them. ROFLMAO. I got a better paying high end account that same week. Yeah, I must suck. That's why MSPs pay my airfare to shop all.the.time.
