It's pretty obvious that it's just one of those ticker things, that a lot of people have as part of their sig line, on a lot of forums and in their emails. The tickers track all kinds of things, either how long *since* something has happened, or how long *until* something happens.
Most forums accept these tickers as part of a sig line, apparently this forum does not. It's just what should be some simple html coding that isn't working correctly. And it's not that the poster doesn't know how to code. The coding is provided by the company who makes the tickers, and is supposed to be a simple cut-and-paste thing. It's just that this forum obviously doesn't accept the coding as valid.
It even says "Anniversary Ticker" right in there. See? I added bold to highlight it. 'Daisypath' is simply the company providing the tickers. Absolutely nothing to worry about, and absolutely *not* spam.

Momof4, you could go edit your sig line, and try replacing the '<' and '>' thingies with '[' and ']'. I discovered a while back that even to bold italicize something, rather than using the typical '<' and '>' brackets, you have to use the '[' and ']' brackets. However, since the html coding that was provided has interior '[' and ']' thingies (with the '<' and '>' things just on either end) it still may not work. You may have to just forgo the ticker in your sig line on this forum.
