That's a part of two emails..I wanted ,as asked, to correct my report..judge yourself "logic" of the replies / emails I received....;-)

Your message does not make sense to me. I am not sure what transpired or what you are asking.
Seems like you were asked to correct a report and then when you asked a question about how to go about it you got the 2 replies that followed. Were they sent to you by the same person and was there any additional communication by you between number one and 2? How long was there between 1 and 2?
Am I interpreting what happened correctly?

I was trying edit my report and couldn't so I emailed Sally asking about it..

To dixiewhiskey : I am just curious : is it case of a scheduler suffering from bipolar dissorder? Maybe too much "herbs" ? Too much intoxicated?
Beacuse when you read what she wrote : no logic, no any sense.

I cut emails to most important parts...
Why do you think she had no idea? She didn't know whom she is talking to? Or she there was something wrong with her? Beacuse my emaile were replies to her ones. And she had no idea what was it about? Seriously?

kamilp, your grammar is disjointed. If you want to be a successful mystery shopper, you'll probably have to improve your English. It isn't fair to blame Troy Dolan or CTCSS for this.

Because I tend to be pretty capable of reading things that are written in poor grammar, but I struggled through what you wrote?

She knew who she was talking to. She thought she knew what she was replying to. But your writing skills are not expressing what you're trying to ask at all.

Mystery shopping has a huge aspect of being able to express yourself in written word. Your struggles to do that are hardly Sally's fault. The title of this post is so highly inappropriate as are your contentions with Sally. The only reason Sally changed her answer to you is because she unable to understand what you wrote her due to your grammar.

Kamilp, this thread is getting really messy. I read what you wrote at 11:08 and had no problem with the grammar.
But there does seem to be a disconnect between "resubmit your report" and the functionality in most company's set up to be able to do that. After that it sounds to me like she realized her error in the first answer to you and corrected in the second answer and is also giving you feedback for not yet submitted reports that are due for you. The part about reassigning them??? She may have meant she would reassign the ones you already submitted due to errors so they could not use them.
Her email does not sound like she is bi polar to me, however it could have been fleshed out a bit more to make it clearer. Perhaps in communication you did not include for us there is a hint at what caused that.

Not a flipping bit of this makes sense to me and I agree completely that the most important trait a mystery shopper can possess is the ability to communicate clearly. The most important trait for a forum member is to communicate and to refrain from being rude when others cannot understand you. Your response to insky was uncalled for and disrespectful.

I just don't understand the issue as copied excerpts you provide do not explain it. It's not possible for me to reply, as relevant information is missing. I get that you are upset, and are looking for input, but the subject line is pretty harsh, as are some of your replies. More information is needed.
