I just had a shop show up as accepted and done. I then look at the payment schedule and it shows the fee, bonus and reimbursement. Then I see a Content Deduction of the amount of bonus. What is that about? I only took it because it was bonus.

TXSHOP------>Did you address this concern with SM before posting here? Sometimes it is better to handle your business with the MSC or SENTRY before coming here.

SM has had a lot of posts recently (and in the past) that area may have been covered. Contact SM. Your post will probably start a barrage of comments (both positive and negative). And personally, you should want handle in house than rather on this board. If after you try, then you may come back, with the facts, and discuss or explain.

BTW, every time a shopper comes on this forum and uses the MSC in the title, a homeland security high alert alarm goes off in SM's office.grinning smileytongue sticking out smileygrinning smileytongue sticking out smileyconfused smileygrinning smileysmiling smiley
Ah, I didn't think I was posting bad. I just wondered what that was and to honestly ask if other MSCs have something similar? I just don't want to start off on the wrong foot with anyone.

SMG is the only persons who can answer your question or concern, honestly.

For us as Shoppers, you can only get an opinion, even if we have shopped or been de-bonused by the company. You are not posting bad, but SM has your answers. They know why they de-bonus you. It may not be the same reason. It sounds like you still received the shoppers fee and reimbursement, just not the bonus.

I still say, find out from SMG. Somewhere in the training and the SMUniversity catalog explains the Content Deduction.
I just got off the phone with Dave who took the time to help me understand the process. I appreciate the feedback and coaching as I want to do well with his company and all the other MS companies. Thank you for the help! smiling smiley
