About Face Corp.

I am scheduled to do a shop with them today and as per their guidelines I called the counter to make sure that the person would be there. Of course with my luck she is not. I have tried live help, email and calling and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

Any suggestions?

Is this a targeted shop? If it is and she's not there then don't sweat it. There's not a darn thing you can do about it and they don't want you to shop anyone else so you have to just wait. Just shoot off an email to the scheduler and wait to hear. You'll probably be told to just keep trying every day until you get her.

My understanding with their shops is its not targeted to a specific person, but an expert of brand x. Meaning, if high end store has 3 experts that work at the counter of brand x, then you have to shop one of them. You cannot shop a floater, even if expert dumps you to one, which one of mine did once.
