Need some help with GAPbuster

I did 2 cell phone shops for them last week with a nice bonus. One was a free standing store and one was a mall kiosk. I am certain their instructions say that store photos aren't required for mall kiosk locations, but now they're rejecting the shop because I didn't take a photo. Unfortunately I don't have the instructions printed out any longer and their system won't let you go into shops that are already closed out. Does anybody happen to have a pdf of the shop instructions for their cell phone shop they could check for me to see if I'm correct or not?

I believe that if you do a mall kiosk and are not able to take a picture inside the mall then you are to take a picture of the mall itself from the outside which will help ensure that you were at the correct location.

Well they're saying I need a photo of the kiosk itself. I finally found my instructions and can't locate where it says photos aren't required for mall kiosks. For a $50 shop I would have taken one if there was absolutely any question in my mind that I needed one.

I shopped a wrong location on Friday. They will pay me $17 and I gotta go back Tuesday. They want a photo of the store with the stores to the left right.

I accepted several assignments from them and they were easy to contact when they needed me. But I have tried to contact them for four days now and no one will reply. Any one have any info advice?
