I wish the log in box is formatted differently on the webpage so when I use my android phone I can expand the box with my fingers and log in. It is nailed down to that right hand corner and only if you keep the window tiny you can input the log in information. I do not need it for reports but when I want to double check some information it is very annoying.

You may have an issue with a previous report that is not allowing you access to other ones, or it may be a simple glitch. Either way please be sure to e-mail support so they can resolve this issue for you.

KateH- I understand how handy and convenient it is to be able to check your shops on your mobile device. However we really encourage shoppers to use a computer as it encourages them to properly view the job notes and questionnaire. You can miss the tiniest of details on a mobile version of the website. Also, some key features that we use on the site are not yet available for mobile devices.

I too seem to have the same score I have had for a long time. I did a job towards the beginning of last month and my score has not changed even though pay is scheduled for the end of this month so it must already have been reviewed. It has been several months since I have seen the restaurant chain you have had for years in Southern California. The chain shop you have here with 50 locations or so in my area used to have some locations sit around for several days to weeks. This month they were there one day and all of them were gone the next. Are these being scooped up quickly or is there a glitch in my system as you mentioned may be a possibility to someone else?
I signed up before asking for any plans to add anything to my area and knew there wasn't anything. I was wondering if there was any plans to add some to Indiana for later.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
When I visit your site, and when I get e-mails it always is for a handful of Airport Shops, mostly in San Francisco. If you have other assignments around the country....I am noy seeing them. Several months ago I moved your link into a folder of MSC that I no longer check on a regular basis. If there is something more I should do please let me know...I am impressed with your website but right now I don't see how you are even staying in business.
