I just "tried" to do one of these shops. Unfortunately I was honest and used personal information that fitted the assigned scenario, and the agent I spoke with over the phone told me that he would be wasting both our times to meet in person. He did not have any products that would insure my husband.
Marc was the scheduler. I had several questions before I accepted the shop, and after the shop I email him about how to proceed. I would not go so far as to say he was "prompt" but he did respond to my emails in a timely manner and was able to answer the questions I had.
He told me to fill out the report in regards to the original phone call,and the follow up call. He said to skip or answer N/A on the ones for the face-t-face visit. He said I will be paid a pro-rated fee, but he did not give me an exact amount. This was only done Thursday of this week,so it is too early to know how it will come out.
