Actually countrygirl, the scammers change emails every day, to some (if you move your mouse over the header portion) emails such as xshchdu@dsiaologffxsgldjkghl.com. <---not real I just typed a bunch of letters...They type in any garbage because they are sending out a lot of emails everyday and wait for a hit.
I just don't see how this list can work either.
The scammers even use the names of real compaines.

So it's more important to make sure we are signing in to a real company than knowing the name, address, phone number or email of a scammer that is just going to change

That's pretty much what the RCMP told me. That the info I gave them (mail with address, phone number etc.) wouldn't help them because the info would all be false.
The best way is to use companies that have an established reputation, or wait until they have a good reputation. Do not act like they are a cell phone and you have to run to it just because it is new smiling smiley.

If you think they are dishonest for good reason (not phobia) just do not do business with them.
