iSecretShop is not a mystery shopping company. The different certification sites are the actual MSCs using the platform. Think of it as Sassie, Prophet or Shopmetrics. Those are all platforms a MSC can use, for a fee, which will allow shoppers to choose assignments and report them. MSCs have the choice to use one of the established mystery shopping platforms or create their own like Cori and MarketForce.
One reason it is important to understand the difference is iSecretShop is not responsible for paying you. The individual MSC who you contract with will pay you according to their terms and each one using the app is different.
