Accessing About Face's Sharepoint website.

I missed out on four good shopping opportunities at About Face, ($36.00 each) because I was unable to access the Sharepoint website for information critical to the shop.

Whenever I attempt to access the Sharepoint site I get this error message:
" "Unable to open [sharepoint.aboutfacecorp.com]. Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server."

I am about to try them again one last time but need to know if anyone had a similar experience with About Face.

Have you contacted anyone at AboutFace? Try contacting the scheduler for your shop. They can assist you with accessing SharePoint.

What is Sharepoint?? I shop with About Face and haven't heard this.

I want to know what this is too I have shopped with them too. Maybe someone can help with this.

Sharepoint is a spreadsheet containing details of a shop. The AboutFace shops I've done that have a sharepoint link have been new home shops that require a specific neighborhood and agent to be shopped. Opening sharepoint will show schedules of the agent's availability. I haven't had problems opening it. Be sure to make note of the password that AboutFace provides you to open sharepoint.

As with most things, it's only easy when you know how to do it. And, where I live, the entire time I'm accessing sharepoint for a shop, I'm thinking another shopper is going to beat me to it and snag the job.
