Help with RSG?

Anyone have a good contact for them? I'm having a problem with payment for a shop I did that included reimbursement, but the reimbursement didn't list on Sassie, so I didn't get paid for it. I emailed the scheduler multiple times and the person listed on the payment. Nothing. This is a bummer, because I really like them. Calling them is a no-go because the mailbox is always full.

Advice?

Have you tried Lisa? How long and how much time have you given them in between sending emails to respond to you?

Lisa Vankesteren? I emailed her a week ago and that was after emailing my scheduler a number of times. I haven't gotten responses from anyone.

Hi! The reimbursement didn't list or get paid because of an error on my part. I am aware of the problem though, and am working closely with our accounting department to try to get the issue resolved. I promise we are not going to not pay you! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, and will try to get this fixed as soon as I can.

I apologize for that! I know I've been hard to get in touch with the past few days - I've been on vacation (kinda) and today is my first day back in the office. But I'm back now, with my game face on! smiling smiley

Katie, love doing shops for your MSC. The questionnaires are straightforward and the instructions are precise. There is never any doubt about assignments from Mystery Researchers. And the pay is super fast! Thank you.
