Has anyone ever not been paid by Ritter?

I've done shops with Ritter for 3 years now and have never had a problem. I was going through my calendar and noticed that I did 2 shops for them in August and never got paid.

Has this happened with anyone else? I sent Ritter an email inquiring and await their response.

They have always paid me like clockwork. My August shops were direct-deposited on 9/30. Their route shoppers are paid more quickly, I believe.
Thanks! I've never had an issue with them, and I hope it gets resolved. Haven't heard anything from them yet.
Years ago, when the only payment option was a mailed check, I didn't receive one. Ritter had a hard and fast $35 processing fee to reissue the check. I don't recall exactly, but I think my check was only to have been $12 or $15, so it made no sense for me to pay $35. That still galls me.
I has a similar issue. They said I did not have an open bank account etc. I proved I did. Not worth the hassle to work for them.

Phoebe: have you checked your pay history on their site? After you log in, in the top left there is a link for My Settings; cursor over that and you should get a drop down with a Pay History option. There should be a list of completed shops not on statements; there might be a reason listed for the non-payment there.
I did 6 shops and all of them were put on hold with inane follow up questions - and then more questions. Gas station shops are not brain surgery, but not worth their bs. Also did not get paid for 3 shops last month. Follow up was requested but I was not notified until after 12 hrs. Avoid them.
@ gwingman2002 ~ Please elaborate. What type of follow-up questions did you get? And what do you mean follow-up was requested but you were not notified within 12 hours? Do you mean that you did not reply to the follow-up questions within 12 hours?

And you won't get paid for April shops until the last day of May. That is if your shops were actually accepted by the MSC and the client. Ritter pays like clockwork with Direct Deposit.

I have always been treated fair with Ritter. They have come back with issues over assignments but gave me time to correct. I could not ask for a better company.
I did 8 shops for them in April and all are on pay statement to be paid at the end of may. I have always been paid. I did get one back requiring more detail on one thing but returned with what they asked and was ok. No idea why your having problems.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
