How are these guys for payment? I did shops over two months ago and haven't seen anything yet...

Gapbuster pays on the 26th of the month following the shop. Since the 26th fell on a Saturday, you should see your payment tomorrow. The site does say it could take up to 3 days for your bank to recognize the direct deposit,

Update -
Well, DSG Associates decided to NOT inform me my shop was incomplete. It shows completed, and nothing was mentioned until I called. I guess I know who NOT to shop with now.

I was not paid yet the month of September from Gapbuster. Is there anyone already received their payment?

That's a good question. I emailed Gapbuster earlier and got nothing back yet.

Gave them another 3 days to get around paying. They are late every month lately!

I have still not been paid for August or September. Three "Enquiry's" on the website but no response...still get plenty of emails begging me to do shops.

Same here. About an email a day. >:[ What an awful surprise right before rent.

Is there a phone number to Gapbuster? I didn't see one listed. I think I will email the scheduler that I worked with.

I haven't heard anything back through email. I would also like a phone number.

Their offices are in Australia and maybe Asia. I stick with email even if it takes a long time for a response.

I've asked a scheduler for a phone number and he just asked me if I really wanted to be calling Melbourne. So, I didn't get the phone number.

They are located in Australia however their schedulers are from Asia.

I'm still waiting for my payment for work completed in September too and they owe me a very large sum (four figures) as I was working on a major audit project for them.

One of their schedulers phoned me yesterday (29th October) to ask if I could take some more work. I asked where my missing payment was and the response I received was, "I don't know, it's not my Department and they haven't told our Supervisor if there's a problem or when you'll be paid."

I've tried to email the payments team via the portal but received no reply and when I telephoned the UK Office I was told they had nothing to do with the Mystery Shoppers. It would appear to me that nobody at GAPbuster is willing to take responsibility for the issue; For a company which judges other's Customer Service it would appear that they need to get their own systems in order first. As a long term and experienced GAPbuster Field Agent (3 plus years) I'm very unhappy and will be reviewing my association with them from November 1st.

Still nothing here either. If someone gets paid from them, I hope they post here too.

My direct deposit was received today Wednesday but a little short. I guess my Canadian calculator must add up different than the Malaysian calculator!

Oh, that doesn't sound promising! I am still waiting on my payment. I had really hoped to see the DD there this morning. They sure were STRICT about letting me know my report could not be late! Why is my money late, then? I expect Gapbuster to honor their word, as I honored mine. Feeling frustrated!

I was paid via Paypal on the 25th. Which is odd because they had asked for my direct deposit info a couple of months back to switch over.

The stories I an hearing about Gapbuster and my recent experience with them is really worrying. Considering nobody has a contact number for them and emails are never answered, not to mention the errors on their assignment requests, makes me feel that maybe this company is heading towards its end. Apparently it never use to be like this so something is going very wrong, looks like it could be the staff?

What happen to this Gap Buster manager that was on this site about 2 months ago. If I recalled correctly.

Hey everyone! I did a big route for them back in early September. They owe me a large amount but I have to receive it. I have tried to email them but I haven't gotten any response. This is my first time working for GB so I am worried that I won't get paid. Has anyone ever gotten paid from them?

I read where it said payment is processed from the 25th to 30/31st so I figured I should wait a few more days? I am getting very upset. Hoping to God that I get my money!

If anyone has any insight please let me know!

Hello Fellow Secret Agents:
I am an experience shopper as well and now I can smell a bad MSC from all they in Australia. None the less being an expatriate Aussie I decided to hold my nose and give them a go.
Well mates you know what they say....if it smells like (you know what) then don't bother tasting it because it's bound not to taste that great either.
What we have here is really poor or non communication.
When they did communicate the one time they actually debated a one second discrepancy. Turns out I was right but my shop was rejected 3 days after it was accepted. Then when I twice enquired about this rejection I was never answered.
All this for a lousy $5 taco? Nah I don't think so. Never again Gapbusters!

I performed an assignment for them on Sept.11th and they have not paid yet. I have sent three emails and have not received an repsonse as to date. I can't find a contact number for them and I feel cheated.

Hi, has anyone had their payment for September yet? It's my first payment from Gapbuster and still no sign of it. From earlier posts I see they are notorious for late payments. Think I might just give them a miss in the future.
