Shout-Out to BARE Editors

Usually a score of 10/10 makes me happy, and positive feedback from an editor is a bonus. Recently my shops for BARE have all included nice comments from the editors (JLK, RG, MC, JF). Thanks, BARE editors! It's nice to be appreciated. smiling smiley

Agreed. It is nice to get a nice comment every once in awhile rather than being told you had "misspellings" or grammar errors that didn't exist.
Bare Editors are the best! I always get nice comments from them and I love doing Bare shops..

Don't trust: In real life, most people that go around accusing others of being a liar and a cheater should be pointing the finger back at themselves. I see you only have 11 posts and most or all are you on here ranting about Bare (hence the name you gave yourself). If you wish to have credibility, please provide some kind of reason for people to believe you or no one will.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
lol I was waiting for the Anti-BARE to hop in and say something.. what took so long don't -trust- bare?

Okay lbw100 and dixie: do I count? I'm not a newbie to shopping or this forum. I wont use the language above, but I am currently taking a break from BARE because of A) non response to emails and cool smiley poor communication when it is received. I have done MANY shops for BARE over the last 5 years. I have never had a grade below an 8, and my usual grade is a 10. I recently did a shop for them and had something very unusual happen, and didnt know how to report it. I immediately emailed the scheduler who assigned me through the "help/contact" link. I waited, and waited...and waited. I know that it sometimes is 5-7 days before a shop is edited. Over the next 5 days I emailed the scheduler, and I used the "help/contact" link in the shop 5 times. I received ZERO responses. on the 5th day, the scheduler cancelled the shop.
I immediately emailed him ( replied to the cancellation email) and THIS time he responded within minutes! Interesting? He didnt bother to acknowledge any of my previous emails, but reassigned me the shop saying he " didnt know what the circumstance was, but comments are usually put in the box." Since I wanted to make sure the shop was accepted and paid, I emailed back and explained what had happened , and offered to reshop if neccesary. I asked for a contact phone number. NO REPLIES. The scheduler went ahead and cancelled the shop, and I again emailed him replying that I would like to speak to someone in person.
I rarely get a reply. I also have received a rash of emails of late where an assignment is given AFTER the date it is due, and then one instance where I was assigned a location that was closed last August! After the cancellation, I then received 3 "urgent" emails within 3 hours, asking me to shop locations that were desperately needing done! I give up. Im taking a month off from them.

Of course your response counts because it has substance. The other one started an unsubstantiated vendetta against Bare back in March.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I don't care if don't-trust-Bare explains himself or not. My mind is made up and will not be swayed by facts. Too late.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I was sort of joking about the don't trust bare thing haha - this thread was sounding so good, too good. I think there is a difference between sharing a story/experience in full sentences with examples then just making an account and saying BARE sucks with no background. Everyone here counts but I think no matter what side of the fence people are on when it comes to MSC's, people appreciate reading the whole story with examples. smiling smiley

As far as I am concerned, yes, you count but don't-trust-bare does not. I want to read both good and bad about a company so I can make my own decisions about which companies I trust. Anyone who posts negative (or extremely positive, for that matter) information without any details or explanation is a poster whose statements I completely disregard. I don't trust posters who post a one-liner in an attempt to influence others without allowing any thought or understanding of the situation. I consider those posts meaningless propaganda.
I love BARE. I did have one of my emails for help go right to spam last week though. I don't have a response yet for a question that I need answered now. I am going to call. I think that there may be an issue with emails going to spam.
