No SteriCycle Shops For Sunday?

Well, not really, I suppose. It's just that I've found that I cannot self-assign any of the pre-December shops for Sunday. There is not an assignment window available - the assignment window doesn't not have a December.
I can assign shops that begin in December just fine. But who wants to do that? Their all at the non-bonused rates and won't rise enough to make them worthwhile. I noticed this problem earlier in the week. Maybe that's why there are so many November shops left.
Guess I go to my backup plan. Watch football with hubby.

Yep, they've screwed up again. The quarterly shops, including two different GS's and the big box home improvement, should all be available right now for tomorrow and beyond. The November monthly shops should appear as available once they reset the deadlines on their end, which when Cori-no-more was still Cori would be anywhere from hours to two days into the new month. They are going to lose a lot of shops getting done tomorrow.
But maybe they'll catch their mistake and fix it sometime tonight or in the morning.
Or maybe soon Cori-no-more will be Steri-no-more.

They have a lot of November Blue box home improvement shops available. I wonder if they are going to bonus those.

I was able to get a November shop for 12/2 by going on Live Chat this morning. I noticed the calendar only went up to November and thought it was only for that shop. So, they were all like that? Well, there's not much left in my neck of the woods anyway, at least for the ones I do.

I just checked and the December calendar is not up. I wanted to shop the home improvement shops to pick up a couple of poinsettias.

Still very badly screwed up. No shops available to schedule for today. December monthly shops are possible to schedule for tomorrow, the next day and the day after (breaking the today, tomorrow and next day rule.) Big box retail and all other previously listed quarterly shops still blocked for the month.

im amazed that they still dont understand how the calendar system works.
I've tried explaining to them how it works but it falls on deaf ears.

I was wondering if anyone knew where the <grocery store shops> went? I see they've lost the <gym shops> as well. <Another MSC> has them now.

Mlreso969, when your first post 18 months ago asked which MSC shopped a particular client someone pointed out it is against forum guidelines and a violation of the ICAs we each sign. Your second post was apparently an ICA violation as well and had to be completely removed. This third post is also a violation. By using the small blue Edit button in the right hand corner of your post you can remove both client names.

The quarterly GS shops can still not be scheduled at all.
And no shops can be scheduled for the current day.

OK, Steri. I've bad-mouthed you a bit too much this past week. You got the scheduling calendars fixed, returned last month's leftovers to the board (and nearly filled them all - kudos to you), and unwittingly served me up a thick slice of humble pie by letting me reschedule two of your shops, no questions asked, after another MSC's route-from-hell blew my schedule for today right out of the water.

I'm not quite ready for you to come over to play at my house again, but it's nice to know we can at least talk on the phone.
