SERVICE EXCELLENCE: How many times do you need to apply to get assigned??

How many times must a shopper apply with this msc before finally getting an assignment???

They remind me of Customer Service reports, you sign up in good faith and apply 20 times before getting a shop assigned to you.

I applied approx. 10 times and decided it's their lost when they would not assign a shop to me.

Keep applying. They are a very good company. Here in my area they have a huge number of shoppers and a small client list. Their pay is fair, although they do have a couple of low pay shops, and they pay quickly. There's a lot of competition for their jobs.

The same is happening to me....

I did to shops for them late last year and they were the first two I signed up for. Maybe it's a regional thing.

It also depends on your scheduler.

If Service Excellence Group is the same company as Service X, I have been performing shops for them since December 2011. In reviewing my Excel spreadsheet, I had one shop in 2011, four shops in 2012, zero shops in 2013 and one shop so far in 2014. It seems like they have limited shops in my area with rotation restrictions.

They pay by PayPal. My quickest payment was within five days of the shop and my longest payment took 50 days which happened to be my fist shop with them back in 2011. I hope this information helps.

I've never had an issue being assigned a shop with Service Excellence. Usually, if you want a shop, it's a good idea to send an email to the scheduler. They are one of the fastest paying companies I have done assignments for.

Not scheduling for ANY company.

Some of the shops only allow the same shopper at the same store after 6 months.

S2L, It's not the same company. It's easy to get shops from Service X. I've applied for shops with SEG monthly for 1-1/2 years. I finally gave up. Their loss!!!! LOL!
