Kinesis - Payment

Hello,

I did a few bank shops with Kinesis. They're interesting shops and not so hard to do.

It got scheduled through Kern, which is fine.

On two of the shops, I had to attend a phone training, that was said to be paid 5$. On one of the shops, I had to schedule an appointment with the banker, and it was said in the guidelines that I would be paid an extra 7$ for the 2nd visit.

So, all in all, I was supposed to get 17$ in total for the two phone sessions + the 2nd visit.

I received the payment for the shops, but not for the training or the 2nd visit.

I emailed Kern, but the scheduler did not even acknowledge my email.

Anyone ran into similar issues already?

I'm not accepting any shop anymore with them until it's been sorted out. I mean, it's only 17$ in total, but still -!

My experience with the scheduler for that particular shop is that he does not respond to emails. Good luck. I hope your experience is better.
I've been paid for all of the work I've done for Kinesis, and for everything I've done that was scheduled by a KSS operator.

I've run in to more than one scheduler at more than one company who have declared that once the job is scheduled, resolving your payment is not their problem. I would contact Kinesis directly.

Oh yes, he does not respond that's for sure! Two emails already, and nothing.

I don't know how to contact Kinesis directly - there is no link for help or email to write to on their website!
I think I know about the scheduler you all are mentioning. You are so right! He responds slowly if at all and usually the reply is not really related to the question. When he does answer, it is in the barest minimum of words and not even in complete sentences.

I had the same thing happen with another company. Two requests for information on when I could expect to be paid and I finally had to e-mail and say I would appreciate her at least being professional enough to respond to my inquiries. I got paid right away and just got paid for a second shop I did for them in July. Time to deactivate!
I was able to find this phone number on their website: 206.285.2900. I think it is more for clients and not for shoppers, however, maybe someone can point you in the right direction.
Thanks for the info jwolpert - I will send him one other email and if he doesn't answer i'll call the number. It's the first time it ever happens to me!
I did one shop for them.It was pretty easy and paid well. I would like to do more, but they don't appear to have a Jobboard. Is this a company that just contacts you when they have shops in your area?
