I understand when I apply for a shop and don't get accepted they can't send an email to everyone saying they didn't get it, but when I email the scheduler with a question about a shop or a rescheduling situation I either NEVER hear back or I hear back 3-4 days later. I've tried emailing this scheduler directly and I've tried a text message to the phone number she has listed in her email.
I know there are worse, but are they always this bad? I like the shops they offer, but it's tough dealing with this.
