techman01, I'm not sure who told you that they did not know why the payments were not going out on the one client (you completed your shops for that one), but my apologies they did not communicate with you about it. It was because a group of shops were not finalized until December 12th. Our payments are all based on finalized dates and not shopped dates. Unfortunately I cannot release the reason for those shops being finalized at a different date. I have talked with a lot of shoppers about the issue and so I figured it was already well known on the boards. My apologies for not checking in and making sure that it was. -- that was poor follow through and I deserve a "1" and a lump of coal on that one. However, as you can see above, all other shops on all other projects have been running on time and paid out. The gentleman who does our payments is working on a payment file tonight that he will send to PayPal in the morning. Unfortunately PayPal seems to be paying a little slower this year and it may be Monday before these payments hit your accounts. If you login to our site right now, it will say "Payment Pending" on any shops that are going to get paid in this batch.
Just so everyone knows, when we pull the Payment file from Sassie, your shops switch over to "Payment Pending". It takes a day to process that file, so the next day we send it over to PayPal. PayPal either pays it that day or the next business day (I wish I had any rhyme or reason on this. We can send it to them 52 times a year at the same exact time on the same exact day of the week and they will pay it out at a different time and sometime day every single time.).

Sorry there was so much confusion over this and I did not see these posts earlier. While I like this site, I often find it hard to keep track of things here. Also, I know I am sometimes hard to reach (anyone want to sort through 600 emails a day?
), but after five years I finally have an assistant and we will be getting her ready to take over some of my "receiving phone calls" responsibilities in 2014 so that should help as well. I am clicking the box to get replies to this topic (that doesn't always seem to work though does it?), so hopefully I will be able to keep track of responses here.
