MF Keeps Deactivating My Account

Is this happening to others? They don't have shops that often in my area and then, when they do, my account has to be reactivated before I can apply. Usually when they do reactivate it the shops are gone. This has happened twice. How do you keep your account with them up-to-date and active.

I'm new at this, but one thing that I think you should try is--every three months or so, open up your personal and account profiles, and try to find something to change about them. If nothing in your life has changed, you can always twiddle with the 'request e-mail section'--change the distance back and forth.

And, do they really not have anything for you, for months at a time, or is it just not things that you like for months at a time? If you try out a hamburger every three months or so, I'd bet that you'd stay active.

If you do not take a shop from them every so often they will deactivate you. They deactivated me once for inactivity. When they reactivated they told me to make sure I did shops here and there to stay activated. If they have any shops in your area at all, even if you don't like the shop, I would do one every so often so you don't have to go through the headache of having to get reactivated.
I wonder how long you have to be inactive. I didn't perform any shops for them in 2011 and this year only had a couple in January and February. I do occasionally check and update my profile so maybe that has kept me in active status.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I am not sure. When they reactivated me I had not done any shops for them since they were Shop N Chek. I had to quit mystery shopping for a while due to personal problems. I had to get reactivated with a few MSC's.
Pamala: When you got reactivated, did they ask you to fill out a whole new form? They sent me a really long one that I never did return to them. I hadn't done anything for them since they were Shop N Chek either.
Yes they did. I never filled it out either. I had tried reapplying through the web site forgetting I was already signed up because it had been so long. Of course it wouldnt let me get any further than my social security # since I was already in their system. They kept sending emails to finish my application. I eventually contacted them again and explained the situation. They deleted the new app and reactivated my old profile. If I remember correctly, I never did send in any paper work. They reactivated me and told me to update my profile.
I've taken hiatuses of over a year from MF/SNC (and MS in general) and never got deactivated. A couple of companies did deactivate me due to inaccurate contact info but have reactivated me since.
Thanks for the all tips. Do they have two different portals? Most of what I get notified about are movie checks and installations, which I can not do. How do I find out about the retail shops, like grocery shops and restaurants? Since I have been reinstated, I am getting the movie check shops again. I find the site confusing.

Added (12/22/2013). I did not have to do a new application, I was asked for a narrative of profile changes since 2006, which I provided when I responded to the email they sent to me.
