Sassie Companies and MSPA Certification & GeoVerfiy

Hi,

I became siver certified and I went to enter the information at JobslingerPlus and on the SassieSystem companies when I sign up for them. Everyone of them comes back stating "error". I reported it to the place it states to send an email to, over and over. I never get a reply nor does it get fixed. Any suggestions? I even called MSPA and the gal said, you are certified! I know that. I need help! Can anyone here give me any ideas? I am frustrated by it not showing me as MSPA certified.

Also, one company said I need to become GeoVerified. So, I downloaded it, etc. but does it show up on their site that I am or what? I just downloaded the site last night when I got my new phone.

GeoVerify is an app that I use for a few companies that request (but don't usually require) that I mark my location when at the job site. When I get to the location, I open the app and click "GeoVerify this location". Then it will give me a code that I can enter into the shop form later where it asks for my GeoVerification code. It saves your codes and you can label them. It's easy, when you remember to do it.

You can't always count on geoverify.... I did one right outside the front door and when the code was entered it showed I was 2.5 miles away from the shop! Really????

The certification might take a while to show up. Perhaps try again in a few days.

I've never had any issue with GeoVerify, but I don't use it often (maybe 10% of my shops).

Wasn't there a whole thread on the silver certification numbers not saving in the Sassie system or something? I remember that the thread went on for awhile and there eventually was a resolution. OP, do a forum search for the past year and you should find the thread.

I found out Geoverify is seldom used. Most times it is accurate within a mile. Once, it showed I was off by 14 miles (where I started). So, I made an purchase to obtain a receipt to show location and time, in lieu of Geoverify. I explained to the editor and she told me that out of over 200 shops for that project, I was the only one who used Geoverify. I quit using it after that.

You can't take that silver test without becoming a member right? When I try to sign it it is asking for a $20 membership fee and mentions about auto renewal.. so is the $20 for a annual, or monthly memberhsip, or does the silver certificate expire after awhile?

My code would not register either with Sassie. I also emailed and they said it was not an issue with my certification. I finally logged back into my account on the MSPA website and re-entered my email address and saved my account. This did the trick.

I have used the Geoverify and the results have been accurate only one time. I stopped using it.

The silver certification is a one time fee. You do not need the MSPA membership to be certified, which I believe the fee is annual.

If there was a solution with the system at one time, it is back! It was verified to me in an email when I saw that my number at a company had not shown up. So I contacted them directly. But, that darn bug is back!
