Only done a quick photo audit with them when i first started shopping, it took them exactly 30 days to get payment to me
I have done one shop for them on Dec7
I am waiting on payment
I am honestly not sure what their payment terms are? ( not saying they are late)
I have done a few of their car related shops so I mostly do it for the reimbursement plus the small shop fee. They aren't very fast about paying but I have always been paid. I don't know what big job you are referring to since I don't see them in my area so I can't help out with that one. My job board shows no jobs available right now anywhere in the country.

I have never had an issue. I have done 3 shops with them, and was paid in a reasonable amount of time.
I do a bi-yearly project for them and have had no problem. Pay is not the quickest, but is reliable and that's what counts in the long run.

I performed one shop for them on December 7th and a second one of December 8th. My shop log says "payment pending" for both of them. Does that mean my shops were accepted and processed? There are no comments and no rating score.

I tried to find out the payment details, such as, form of payment and # of days to get paid. I found a web site for Ipsos USA but my shop log says that the company name is Ipsos Loyalty Mystery Shopping. Are these the same company? I can't find any payment details.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: I called their New York office who referred me to their Chicago office. Nobody seems to know anything about the mystery shopping division - no names, no e-mail addresses, no phone numbers. Neither employee could answer how I get paid and when. If anyone in the forum has any information, can you please post it here? Thanks in advance.

My impression (and just my impression) is that it is a huge company and that the mystery shopping division is a very very small part of what they do. My guess from the beginning is that it would be impossible to get a hold of someone if I had a problem. Thankfully, I never had a problem. My shops did not look finalized for a while but I did get paid for all of them. Looking back on 2013, I was paid about 45 days (1.5 months) after the shop date.

So, I would wait until the end of the month before being too concerned about payment.

UPDATE: I tracked down my original acceptance e-mails and contacted the scheduler who is from an outside scheduling company. Here is her response...

"December shops are paid the end of Jan. If you set up for PayPal it will be sent that way, otherwise they will send a check."
