Why would you attempt a shop outside of the clients hours, knowing it would get rejected? Why did n't you reschedule? A rejected shop is a NO pay shop and it has to be rescheduled and re-shopped. You know why you did not get paid, even while doing the shop. It was probably more frustrating to the MSC and the client, not to depend on you.
I have found that most MSC will reject or invalidate a shop performed outside of the window time. Apparently this was not your first shop for them because---->"they are consistent in rejecting shops........" It is not rock science to do something on time."
