So I applied for shops yesterday, the scheduler emailed me that it couldn't be scheduled without passing the test (even though I have passed the test and done these shops in the past), so I take the test and pass. All is good.

Now I am planning my day so I pick up 4 more shops with them in the same area. Again with the test, so I take it, it says that I passed and I apply for the shops. Application accepted and I have my day planned.

I get home today and go to enter it in.... again with the test. I click on the link, no test. I click on the tests that I have taken and there it is with a big red "FAIL." Are you kidding me??? I email the scheduler, she is not in the office, probably not until Monday.

Awesome, I have 3 shops here I can't submit (supposed to with in 24 hours) and a scheduler who isn't scheduled for the weekends.

GRRRRRRRRRR........

Can you contact a different scheduler for a different project? Maybe someone else can help because yours is gone for the weekend and the shops have already been done.

I have done many shops for Ritter and once I pass the test I am good to go. I never have to take the test again to report on the shop. This is weird.
I have done all of the tests before, I'm not sure if it's a yearly thing but both of the shops that I did I had taken the test only 2 months ago.

I did see on both tests there were some different questions and changes in some of the guidelines.

IDK, I guess I will just wait it out and see what happens.

Just frustrated with it.

I am doing many shops for them and so far only had to take the test once.

They have someone in on Saturdays until noon. I have found them to be more than reasonable when something like this happens. Rebecca, Cheryl, Stephanie, and Matt are great to work with.

Hey Kathee70, hope I didn't come across as giving you erroneous info...I did not get anyone to answer when I called in on Saturday...RATS!
Nope, me either and my shops still sit there unable to be completed with no answer from anyone. Well, I have 7 more shops scheduled for Monday, I'm hoping this gets resolved first thing in the morning because I have multiple shops to complete and am very busy (like stressful busy).

I won't be doing those 7 if no one gets back to me, I hate to do it but I don't want to run the risk of not getting paid. I already have 3 shops in the wind, I don't need 7 more.

I know that they sent their staff home early one day last week due to a major snowstorm and I think they were closed the following day because no one could drive on the roads. The staff are good about getting back to you but I don't think any of them work from their homes. They will totally work with you though so I'm sure you can get the problem resolved on Monday.

Well, there was my stressful day... I would have had it all done except for the slight fender bender which put me off time and made me miss 4 shops... good thing they aren't do until next week. Now I have to go back to that ridiculous area tomorrow. Let's hope no one will invade my space again.
