I just checked and am able to access their webpage without any issues. How long has it been since you checked/logged into their webpage? They may have deactivated for nonuse. I understand you did 2 jobs last year with no problems maybe that was too long ago???. Did you get paid okay for those jobs?
Am I understanding you correctly that after not being able to log in, you decided to sign up a second account with a different (shorter version) last name and a different email address? That is probably not a good thing that you did this. You will probably be deactivated for being dishonest. Dishonest = using a different name/email trying to gain a second account. I think that is a big NO-NO with MSCs because this will create tax problems for them and you. Your income has to be reported whether $30 or $3,000, so what social security number would attach to the different version of your last name?
