Regal Prophet Site Eating my "saved" reports?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have a 4 survey hotel report to do. In each survey, I do a set of check box answers, save, get a confirmation that my work has been saved, go to WORD and type my narrative, go back into the report and the check box answers are erased. I re-enter those, paste in my narrative, save, get confirmation that the work has been saved. Then I sign back in to start the next section of that survey and....yup. the whole preceeding section has been erased.

This has haoppend four times in one survey and three times in another.

I have logged out completely; I have rebooted; I have dumped the cache! No luck. I am going to take a nap. (My person "reboot."

Of course I have sent an email to the scheduler, but the survey is due tonight, and no one is working the weekend. GRRRR.

Same here.

I'm saving all my narrative boxes in a Word file for future uploading, but of course I wrote about 1,500 glorious fact-filled words and lost the before I wised up.

EDITED TO ADD:

It appears that the problem is the use of wifi and/or browser choice. Weird. Never have I seen this before.

From the Regal FAQ page:

"Do not utilize wireless Internet when filling out your reports. The Prophet web site does not save your work with wireless Internet."

This is strange. I have used Prophet many times and I only used a laptop connected to WIFI.

Agreed. That doesn't make sense, IT-wise. But it is a direct quote from the Regal site.

I can't remember the last time I was connected to a wired connection at home.

I only have wireless Internet.

I wonder if it means cellular/mobile internet... which should STILL not be a problem.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.

Sometimes the hotspot signal from my phone is stronger than my Wifi. I have even used it upload video without issue and certainly on a number of Prophet sites.

I have very high speed Verizon Fios Internet service. I can upload video from this exact same location, at lightening speed! My other Prophet reports have not had this problem.

I just remembered having an issue with a Feedback Plus report around Thanksgiving. They told me to use either IE or Firefox on a PC, no tablet and no Chrome. With IE the report finally saved and submitted.
